Wow, what a year 2020 has been, and it’s not over yet! It’s safe to say that all of us have had to make adaptations to our lives in the past six months and that’s no different in the world of removals in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole either.

Here at Removals Unlimited, we are always looking for ways to make our service more efficient and even better for all of our customers. This year has certainly tested our ability to be adaptable and it’s shown just how important flexibility is.

Back in March, just as we were heading into the national lockdown, the government issued guidance for those moving home and those of us working within the removals sector. We adapted our business to ensure it was Covid-19 safe and enable us to continue to provide the highest possible standards to all of our customers moving at this challenging time.

That meant even more stringent and frequent cleaning schedules, as well as ensuring all our professional movers had access to the personal protective equipment (PPE) they needed.

Our management team was crucial to implementing these changes quickly and ensuring that we could provide a safe, efficient and secure service, whether we were carrying out local Christchurch removals or helping a customer relocate elsewhere in the UK.

Keeping on top of this very important government guidance is an extension of what we already do. Our management team has always reviewed our processes and customer feedback to learn how we could improve our service at every turn.

Some of the changes we make to our processes are behind-the-scenes, simply enabling us to provide an even smoother removals service for you. Others are new product and service offerings, like our Box Shop where you can buy all the packing materials you need for your move.
