Always safe: Our fleet is regularly inspected to make sure they are safe for short and long-distance journeys

When it comes to providing high-quality removal services in Bournemouth, Poole, Westbourne, Christchurch, Wimborne and beyond, having an experienced and friendly team of professional movers and packers is just one part of what we offer (albeit a very important part).

Our fleet of removals vehicles is essential to our services and here at Removals Unlimited we always make sure they are in the best possible condition for every move.

Safety is paramount and, as such, our fleet is regularly inspected to make sure each vehicle is safe for both short and long-distance journeys.

In fact, as we move into autumn and winter, it’s particularly important that all of our vehicles are given a regular once-over. Tructyre has recently launched its month-long Tyre Safety campaign, which runs throughout October and highlights the importance of regularly checking a vehicle’s tyres.

The organisation points out that, as well as checking tread depth and making sure there is no dangerously asymmetric wear to tyres, it is also important to ensure all tyres are inflated to the correct pressure.

When we inspect our fleet, we always check the tyres, as well as many other aspects of our vehicles to give you peace of mind that our vans and trucks are in the best possible condition and more than ready to take on the job of helping you move home, whether you are relocating from Bournemouth to Christchurch or moving to the South West from further afield.

As well as carrying out thorough inspections of our trucks and vans to ensure they are safe from a mechanical perspective, we also take great care in cleaning our vehicles after every single move.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been taking additional precautions with our cleaning regime, which includes cleaning all of our vehicles twice daily using cleaning products that are designed to kill germs through a fogging device.

We are dedicated to your safety and are doing all we can to reduce the spread of the virus while still providing the support you need for your house or flat move.

All of this is important to not only ensure that your move with our team of experienced professional movers goes smoothly, but also because Dorset has seen a high number of people moving into the county since 2020.

In fact, the Dorset Echo revealed earlier this year that over 37,000 people chose to make Dorset their home up to June 2020, with the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch council area attracting the greatest number of movers.

Whether you are moving within Dorset or are coming to our beautiful seaside county from elsewhere in the UK, the team at Removals Unlimited is here to help. Get in touch to arrange a free, no-obligation house survey, which can be carried out virtually as well as in-person. We will provide you with a quote within 24 hours of completing the survey.
